Part of the Market for nearly 40 years, IK Fish, Durham’s family owned supplier of the finest fresh fish and seafood is back in the Market Hall. IK Fish was launched by Ian Kennedy in 1986. Now his daughters, Honey and Lilly have brought the business back into the family.

Central Durham’s only supplier of fresh fish has its produce delivered fresh daily by Hodgson Fish, the largest independent fish merchant in the North East of England.

Daily on the stall you will find locally-sourced fish and seafood, much of it sourced straight from Hartlepool Fish Quay.
