Durham Christmas Festival will return – the perfect combination of Christmas shopping and seasonal entertainment in the unique and stunning setting that is Durham City Centre.

We’ll have three fabulous markets; the Craft & Producers’ Marquee on Palace Green (an entry charge applies), our Festive Outdoor Market in Durham Market Place and Durham Market Hall. Each market will be open each day of the festival.

In addition, we’ll have a city full of festive music and special events to get everyone in the festive mood – from seasonal storytelling, to Carols for All in the Cathedral.

And don’t forget the Children’s Lantern parade, this year on Sunday 6th December.
